HSS Square Toolbits TiN Coating M2 Grade are precision cutting tool blanks manufactured from AISI M2 High-Speed Steel, designed for general-purpose turning and machining applications. The square cross-section provides excellent rigidity and allows the tool bit to be ground into different cutting-tool profiles according to the machining requirement. M2 HSS offers a good combination of hardness, toughness, wear resistance, and shock resistance.
The TiN (Titanium Nitride) coating provides a hard, wear-resistant surface that helps improve tool life and cutting performance compared with an uncoated tool bit. TiN-coated HSS square tool bits are suitable for applications where improved wear resistance and longer cutting life are required.
